Pax Vide is a Latin phrase that means “to see peace.”  We desire to see peace because we experience conflict daily – at home, at work, in relationships, with the world around us, within ourselves.  Conflict is part of the natural course of life.

Conflict is neutral. Most of us only believe that it is negative because we don’t know how to resolve it. We end up choosing to make conflict negative because no one taught us how to turn it into a positive opportunity for transformation.  The good news is that we can reverse that formula and create peace-filled lives.
